Welcome to the Me-Baby UK website terms and conditions of supply. These terms and conditions together with our Privacy & Security Policy which form part of
these terms and conditions, apply to any products that you may purchase from our website.
Please read this section carefully before you order any product from our website www.mebaby.co.uk because by ordering any of our product, you agree to be bound by them.If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.The contest of this website is for your information and use only. It is subject to change without notice and you should check them before you make a new purchase. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into force when your
order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of confusion, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute acceptance of an order.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices and specifications details are correct. In the event that the information provided is incorrect we reserve the right to amend these details. All of the prices detailed on our site are in pound sterling and are inclusive of any VAT
payable. All transactions are carried out in pound sterling and if you are paying with another currency your card issuer may apply a levy for currency conversion. If your order has been paid prior to any incorrect information being corrected you will be contacted and will be given the option of how you wish to proceed with your order.
We accept payment through PayPal by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Network. Payment will be authorised from your chosen payment method upon your order being
processed. If payment of your order is not authorised by the card issuer we will contact you to confirm this and may offer the option for you to arrange an alternative method of payment.
If you pre-order an item the product will be dispatched when the product becomes available. The date for which we expect to receive the product may be changed subject to information provided by the product manufacturer. We endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.
Me-Baby deliveries time varies from 24hr to up to 10 working days and is made by different couriers.
Please Note: we usually dispatch within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment unless item is on pre-order or made to order.
We do work with the following couriers: APC, Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 Working Day, Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 Working Day, HERMES – 3 to 5 Working Day.
There may be an additional charge for delivery to certain areas. In this event we will contact you to discuss delivery cost and options.
Please note that for delivery of Pre-Order items and direct shipping from our Suppliers, the stated delivery time schedules may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
We do everything we can do meet the delivery times stated. However occasionally delivery times mat be affected due to circumstances beyond our control
and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will make you aware of any delay that we are
notified of. If there is none home when driver attempts to deliver they will try to deliver to neighbour in the vicinity and leave your parcel with them. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour please leave the driver a signed note confirming this and if applicable a safe place where your delivery can be left. Please note this is at your own risk and the note will be retained by the delivery driver as proof of authorisation. If this option is not possible then a calling card will be left and the courier will probably attempt to re-deliver the following day unless information has been left to state otherwise. After this you might be required to collect the goods from your local depot.
If delivery is refused at the delivery address and goods have not been cancelled as explained
‘Returns and Cancellations’ section or if you do not respond to calling card left your order will be returned to the sender we will then wait for you to contact us before we process your refund minus the return postage cost levied by the courier.
If you have ordered large items you may be required to carry items into your house. Our courier service is door to door service.
Please ensure you have someone to assist with this if necessary. For example items such as cot beds due to the large packaging etc may require additional assistance.
Please do check items and contents within 2 working days from the date of receiving the goods. In case any irregularities, missing parts, damages or faults it must be reported to us within 2 working days with attached photographs.
If the goods are faulty or damaged then the standard statutory right apply. To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us as soon as possible but no later then 2 days from the day after receipt of the goods by calling or emailing us.
If the address you provide us is incorrect and result in your order being sign by third party Me-Baby.co.uk cannot be held responsible. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct.
Please also note that we are unable to change delivery address once your order has left us.

legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or legal requirements which apply outside the United Kingdom, unless delivery is within the EEA and common Consumer Protection and Safety rules apply.

In the event that your product is out of guarantee with ourselves but still under guarantee with the manufacturer for us to arrange collection of the product there will be a charge levied of £29.90 to cover the courier cost.
We endeavour to ensure that all of the product descriptions and images are accurate. However representations of colour are approximate. For reasons beyond of our control the products made of textile, wood or wicker from different production batches may be slightly different from each other and from the presented images.
Photos submitted in electronic format on monitors, computers etc. might have different colours depending on the individual settings for each user.
Wood is a natural product and therefore may carry imperfections. If you have any queries on colour of wood etc please contact us prior to purchase.
Please note, some natural materials such as wood, leather, silk, linen or marble, may have natural imperfections which affect the look or feel of the item. You won’t be able to claim the goods are faulty just because of the appearance or finish.

We do not operate a newsletter service at this time.
We do not store credit card details.
We do not transmit any of our client’s data outside of the EEA.
We only use professional office software programs for which we have licences. We use up to date commercial grade anti-virus software on our systems and these are automatically updated to maintain the safety of our electronic systems. All computers and devices are password protected. We print out the minimum required for paper files – and what files exist are kept in a locked office at all times.
We will store our customer’s data for the minimum regulatory requirement period of time. The data will be erased, burnt, deleted thereafter.
Subject Access Requests: Should you wish to exercise your right to submit a Subject Access Request under GDPR/UK Data Protection Bill/Act then you must submit your request to us
together with a copy of your photo ID (passport/driving license) – by email at
